The SunSeek app lets you find the position of the sun wherever you are and tracks your daily light exposure.
The benefits of daily light exposure (DLE) are firmly grounded in our physiology. Morning sunlight exposure is the most powerful stimulus for wakefulness during the day and has a significant positive impact on our ability to fall and stay asleep at night.
The app is most useful when there is cloud cover, preventing you from visually seeing the sun outside. As Andrew Huberman, Ph.D. mentions: "It is especially important to get sunlight in your eyes on cloudy mornings"
