Hard to go back to gmail now

Value is in:
- managing everything through keyboard shortcuts (same as gmail, mostly; but gmail misses many key presses because it’s loading, so you end up using them less)
- nifty shortcuts to “unsubscribe +trash all” undesired emails make life easier
- system really pushes you to NOT let any email behind, going to inbox zero. You can achieve this in other email clients, but a sophisticated Snooze functionality makes it easier here

laggy and shortcut not easy

Compared to the web desktop app the experience is poor and considering the 30$ month should be addressed.

Lagging (ipad pro 2019)
Pull to refresh is universal you changed with the search...poor choice
The back sometimes can lead in archiving mail instead of returning back

The cut of of the thread make you loose entire mail part and you need to switch to the desktop app to see

copy paste require you to open the full message, ridicolous

I would never blame any other app for such things but you sell only that “User experience” and so it’s unacceptable

Impossible to access

I asked for a code more than two months ago. I even contacted the devs on Twitter but the didn’t answer at all. Really disappointed
