This release has some bugfixes to the EV Charging part of the app. • Fixed charging duration showing 00:00 • Fixed EV Charging transactions showing malformed data.

• Set schedules whilst the car is already connected to the charger (Cloud upgrade as of 20/12/24), without having to disconnect and reconnect the car. • If the charger goes offline / loses internet for a few minutes, the charger screen will now go grey and inform the user • General improvements to the information on screen around various charging scenarios • Post-charge summary page is not always showing the charge duration. Please use the Transactions page to view historic charging info, Our engineers are working to solve this.

• Fixed an issue where a phantom randmised delay was displaying in the app when there was a schedule set and the car was connected, before the schedule time arrived • You can now delete chargers from the home page • You can re-run setup or change the Wi-Fi settings for chargers not on Sync Energy (on Monta or EV.Energy) • We're aware of an issue with some chargers charge duration on a schedule is showing a value higher than reality. • Scheduled days of the week on the charging page are now in sequential order (relevant to Home User accounts on Sync Energy branded chargers only). • If a charger is added to Monta, EV.Energy, Commercial or other, the app won't display a control page, but will instead advise the user that they should use the third-party app. Known issue: • An incorrect randomised delay may be shown on the app charging page if the car is connected prior to a schedule. However, schedules are nonetheless working correctly, Our devs are working on this issue!

• New home user login with new features added, including Start, Stop and Schedule Charging, Auto Solar Charging and Tariff Sense Energy Management to display accurate cost to charge. • The New Sync Energy App home user features work with Sync Energy branded Wall Charger 2 models, BG SyncEV Wall Charger 2’s will continue to run on the Monta end user App, Existing users already set up with Monta or EV.Energy can continue to use those platforms.
