TaskTerminal – Your personal task organizer with a retro-inspired interface.
TaskTerminal brings the feeling of classic electronic organizers into a modern productivity app. Designed with a minimal LCD-inspired interface, it helps you capture, organize, and complete your tasks without unnecessary distractions.
Capture tasks instantly
Use Inbox to quickly save new tasks as they come to mind. No need to organize everything immediately. Add your ideas first, then decide later how and when they should be completed.
Plan your day
Your Plan gives you a clear overview of what matters today.
See:
* overdue tasks that still need attention
* tasks scheduled for today
* upcoming days by scrolling further through your timeline
Stay focused on the present while keeping your future plans within reach.
Organize with groups
Create custom groups to structure your tasks your way.
Each group can have:
* its own icon
* its own accent color
Tasks automatically inherit their group’s visual identity, making your system easy to scan and understand.
Smart scheduling
TaskTerminal supports flexible planning:
* one-time tasks
* daily repeats
* weekly repeats with custom weekdays
* monthly repeats
* custom intervals
Set up recurring tasks while keeping full control over your schedule.
Designed for focus
TaskTerminal is built around simplicity:
* fast task creation
* intuitive swipe actions
* clean list-based organization
* minimal dialogs
* focused interactions
Every element is designed to feel like a dedicated productivity device rather than another overloaded task app.
A modern tool with a classic soul
Inspired by the technology of the 80s and 90s, TaskTerminal combines nostalgic LCD aesthetics with modern iOS interactions.
A simple system for your tasks.
A clearer way to plan your day.
