SECRETS THAT STAY YOURS
• Credential values are encrypted with AES-256 on the device before they are stored
• The key lives in Keychain, and can sync through iCloud Keychain
• Optional Face ID lock on the Credentials tab
• Expiry reminders so keys do not go stale
• MCP tools can list names, tags, and expiry — never secret values
• Turn AI credential access on or off globally in Settings, or per credential
WHAT YOU ARE SPENDING
• Add a subscription once with its start date — it accrues every period on its own
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and several plans on a single service
• Log one-off purchases and usage as their own rows, on the day you paid
• A real payment replaces that period's estimate, so an overage month reads true
• Any window you like: last 30 days, this year, or a custom range
• Renewals due in the next 30 days, and spend split by project, service and category

• Turn on a local MCP server in Settings
• Pair Claude Code — or any MCP client on the same Wi-Fi — with a one-time token

• The server runs only while TechStack is in the foreground

• Edit a project after creating it: name, description, category, tags, logo and links, right from the project screen.
• Search now finds stack variables by name and opens the matching service, instance or credential directly.
• MCP: add several variables in one call, update existing projects, and variables land in the environment group you name (created if missing).
• The MCP server stays on when Face ID or Control Center appears and resumes on its own after returning from the background.
• Face ID is no longer requested twice when opening Credentials.
• Cost tab filters recover when the last plan in a currency or a filtered project is deleted.
• A subscription can no longer end before it starts.
• Wipe Data now clears services, variables and costs too.
• Fixed a credential's "Updated" date changing just by opening it, and a removed service leaving its screen open.
