Vertex was founded in 2014 with an initial fleet of 200 TEUS procured with the intent to better capture market share and outreach customers around the globe.
Operating as Licensed Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC), we ship 20 and 40HC Dry containers from port to port, delivering our own Bill of Lading or Equivalent Documentation. At the moment we are not operating our owned vessels. Identifying dynamics of global logistics landscape we offer Full Container Load services. We have strategic alliances with the Main Line Vessel Operators on both Head Quarters and Regional office levels. With a choice of loading with multiple carriers and options of carrying cargo on multiple sails per week, we have the edge to provide customers with multiple customized products that meet their monetary and time constrained commitments
With a mix of 75% new and remaining used containers of younger generation, our fleet is well maintained and fit to cargo worthiness. Our fleet comprises 20s and 40HCs positioned in designated depots around the globe, with High Quality vendors engaged for premium level maintenance and repair of containers under the specialized supervision of our Maintenance and Repair Department.
Our team of specialized and skilled individuals in every department understand the need of times and prioritizing what needs to be addressed first.
Engaging some of the world’s finest developers, our web based portal envisages all facets that meets NVOCC needs. Like recording Shipment details, BL and Documentation, Booking Party records, Invoicing & Payment, Audit Functions, Financial Functions, Administrative Functions, Container Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Agents and Agency Management and much more. Our system management and cleansing are ongoing functions that never stop. Thus we pull out needed information and reports in real time that enable our teams to solve intricate issue without wastage of time.
