Team members can share templates, inspections, and reports, and users can be set up with different access rights. Collaborate With Third-Party Teams VLX allows you to easily distribute PDF reports containing text and multimedia data externally and invite third-party users to view and collaborate on your projects. Work Offline Sync Later VLX allows you to gather data through the VLX mobile app even when offline. Once an internet connection is re-established, VLX automatically synchronizes all devices through the cloud. Save Time With Public Templates VLX offers access to a searchable repository of templates for various industries and business operations, shared by other VLX users. You can find a public template that fits your needs, import it, and begin an inspection immediately, or customize it to your preferences.
