Ottima app ma...
Ormai la utilizzo per tutti i miei viaggi di lavoro, soprattutto per il comodissimo Profilo Aziendale, che mi consente di ricevere immediatamente le fatture intestate alla mia azienda, pagando con la carta di credito aziendale.
Tre grosse pecche:
1. Una volta accettata la corsa non vi è possibilità di vedere dove si trova il proprio taxi, cosa che invece MyTaxi consente di fare.
2. Non viene indicata la targa della vettura ma solo la licenza taxi. Peccato che per individuare l’auto serva di più la prima che la seconda.
3. Spesso i tassisti cambiano auto, ma il database di Wetaxi non viene aggiornato. A questo punto mi chiedo a cosa serva sapere il modello dell’auto se poi non corrisponde con quello effettivo?
Come un classico taxi, ma prezzo più basso
Ho prenotato tramite app due corse, entrambe terminate con successo. Tramite l’app puoi inserire l’indirizzo di partenza e l’indirizzo di destinazione e se paghi tramite app risparmi (lo consiglio)! Quando il taxi è arrivato vi chiama nel numero di telefono che inserite nell’app e vi chiede dove siete cosi che potete mettervi d’accordo nel caso non vi vedete subito. Dall’app stessa si puo chiamare il centralino dei taxi a cui si possono chiedere informazioni sulla corsa, ovviamente specificate che avete prenotato tramite wetaxi! Ho prenotato un taxi per 6 persone con 6 valigie, è arrivato un taxi che rispettasse perfettamente il numero di persone e di bagagli! In ogni caso, potete chiamate il centralino!
Ottimo servizio ma....
Il servizio è ottimo. L’idea geniale. I tempi di attesa nella norma. Il prezzo se paghi in anticipo eccezionale.
Difetti?
Ho prenotato un taxi, 5 persone. È arrivato un taxi (auto normale) da 4 posti. Quindi una persona è rimasta a piedi. Se nell’App metti 5 persone, mi aspettavo un Van oppure 2 macchine distinte. Questa è una lacuna da colmare.
