The driver and the experience was good, wasn’t expecting a call it felt good but also annoying, because I booked at a location and that’s where the taxi should have picked me up like Uber by suggestion to make it better not only for me but for Pete possible customers especially because of my many experiences with Knutsford express, I wish there was an option to book your ticket online with an option to make multiple booking for the day, maybe I’ll be going to a meeting at such time and would leave at such time rather than making one booking per trip, but also to make bookings for different days of the week in the future or months ago, an option where students and the elderly can get a discount, an option to know what the fare table is maybe by per mile or so, or by how you make your fare rate and by individual because I thought and many Jamaicans will think your extra expense because they don’t know, and and an option to even earn points as you travel do persons can be encouraged to continue
