Cannot login
I have this app on my device for over 2 months and I cannot login. I tried the creating new account option and it told me that an ID already existed with the info provided, yet when I actually try to put in the same info in the existing account section, it says there is an error or something is wrong; try again.
Error when log in
I tried logging to this app and it accepts my email address and password then takes me to a screen to link accounts or skip. When I choose link I get an error the account is already linked. When i choose skip for now, it is loading n never loads the next page
What happened
The app started off good with appearing with the feature as presented on the App Store, but as soon as I replaced my modem, I keep gettin an error stating
“There was an error in your network.
Try again later or contact you provider if the problem persist. Yet no one in Customer Service even knew this app exists, much less to offer any assistance.
