Great!
This app clearly needs redeveloping. As a well established business, Columbus Communications, this needs to be out of the App Store if it was not meant for customers to use. It doesn’t allow you to pay bill or link an account even though it says so and the customer service is so poor when you call to speak to an agent. This is really bad for the time and era that we are in and for the amount of money is spent for value and good services. It’s very clear nobody at flows social media or tech team doesn't reads review or understands the level of business owners and share holders would like to have for their business to advance to the next level through the use of revenue and unmatched customer services. Don’t worry we will be switching to Digicel!
App does not work!
This app simply does not work and just takes up space on my phone. Despite numerous attempts to pay bills using the app it repeatedly and consistently shows error messages or some other message. Bottom line the app is a waste of time and space on my phone.
Terrible Service Providers
This is just annoying. If I was able to give you no stars then I would. There has not been a time where I have had good service from you. My internet does not extends to the whole house and as if that is not frustrating enough now the app is saying my account does not exist when I try to log in. Be mindful that I have used this app multiple times in the past. Customer service is hard to get through to, your reps worse doesn’t have problem solving skills. There is just always something so distasteful about FLOW and it really does makes me an irate customer.
