App not working properly
This app is good when I’m keeping track of my data an credit but it’s been a couple days now since I can’t see anything on it it’s just blank so what’s happening is this a bug or something please get it fixed
What a headache
This app is somewhat pointless, here is my reason for saying this.... days on top of days I have been trying to check my balance and other related information about my digicel account. The reason I wanted this app is so that I didn’t have to keep typing in those silly number codes just to check different things e.g. the credit balance and data balance etc.. when I go into the My Digicel App the loading circle just spins and spins and spins without ever really stopping, it eventually says check internet connection,,, my internet is working perfectly. I have tried WiFi connection and the LTE cellular connection and nothing works. The app causes more headache and is as useful as a shoe with no bottom... so not very useful. Unfortunately when it comes to applications for smart phones, the digicel app is absolute garbage..
New update is one step forward and five steps back
I usually could view the numbers that I dialed from the app even if I cleared my call log. Not any more. Now all I see is a summary of the cost of the calls I made. The highly promoted shake does not work and has a default “oops” whenever I try to use it. The plans are not easily selected anymore and if I’m on the road I cannot select a plan without internet connection. The reason I want a plan in the first place is because I’m not home on WiFi and NEED Internet connection. Why fix what’s not broken Digicel. Pay attention to your customers demands. Fix the issue that everyone is having. We do not need live chat, we need real customer service representatives to talk to to troubleshoot our problems. How can someone live chat without internet connection. Sheesh
