Improvement needed urgently!!!!
This app don’t work on my iPhone 8 where I can’t even pay my bill so what’s the sense of telling persons to download the app when the app can’t work on some devices. Don’t make any sense at all
I have to be using the browser to pay my bills. Please to look into this so the app can be used on iPhones or let it be compatible to be used on most device
What a headache
This app is somewhat pointless, here is my reason for saying this.... days on top of days I have been trying to check my balance and other related information about my digicel account. The reason I wanted this app is so that I didn’t have to keep typing in those silly number codes just to check different things e.g. the credit balance and data balance etc.. when I go into the My Digicel App the loading circle just spins and spins and spins without ever really stopping, it eventually says check internet connection,,, my internet is working perfectly. I have tried WiFi connection and the LTE cellular connection and nothing works. The app causes more headache and is as useful as a shoe with no bottom... so not very useful. Unfortunately when it comes to applications for smart phones, the digicel app is absolute garbage..

Honestly.. I’ve always heard to get the My digicel app but never really put much thought into it.. but chileeee I LOVE IT.. I love my business organized and This? Organized is an understatement...
1. I can see how much credit is in my account without having to dial up a million number codes
2. I can see how much credit was spent during my calls
3. Im provided with a listtt of Data plans to choose from without having to dial up 20 million number codes.
4. I can Activate data plan from it easilyyyy and quick
5. I can see how much data is left on my app and when it’s gonna expire
6. I can see when my credit! Is gonna expire
Me? Love dah app yah nah lie, whoever's idea it was to start this app deserves a raise
