We have a new system, called the FOOD SPIRAL, that uses the three colors on a traffic light. The FOOD SPIRAL is a one of a kind, visual nutritional tool that helps people make better food choices.
Food Fitness First app is the first of it’s kind to help those with chronic illnesses looking to improve their health – NOT JUST A WEIGHT LOSS APP. Use our easy system of GREEN, YELLOW and RED foods to plan your meals and snacks. Use our FOOD TRACKER to keep up with the amount of sodium, fat, calories, carbs, etc. each meal and each day. Great graphs and colorful menus available. We have a communication portal to send your results to your MD or dietitian and communicate your successes and ask for help whenever you need it. Our friendly Food Fitness First staff will also be a resource for you.
There are six FOOD SPIRALS based on different dietary challenges – Diabetes and Weight Loss; Renal or Kidney disease, Healthy eating; and Low Sodium for High blood pressure.
