Delivery guys are impolite
The food takes forever to arrive and on the app it says 2 minutes obviously I know it won’t take 2 minutes to reach where I am and I didn’t expect it to come so quick. The delivery guy was extremely rude when I was asking questions🙄 very poor customer service. I advice you to use another app if u want to get good customer service or your food delivered on time.
Honest review- worst riders and worst customer care
The agents don’t sound like they care. The riders don’t even care either. Shakeem Coley is the worst rider, he will stay on the main and want you to come . He doesn’t follow instructions and they take 1-2 hours to deliver your food, it being cold and also wrong order.
I only used this because I was paying with my card.
The best company is actually UPtop, they follow instructions and update you when they can.
One time it was raining and they didn’t even call to say, you have to wait because of the rain where they were, it wasn’t even raining where I was.
The second time he wanted me to meet him on the main like what!?
Then now he stated, after 4 months, that he was outside. Why didn’t he call since he was outside? I was outside my gate and he never showed up I didn’t even hear a bike riding nearby or anything.
Timing & Cancellation policy
On multiple occasions I ordered food and it took forever to get here and when it finally did it was either cold or a deviation from what I ordered. Also, I tried canceling my order twice and the app won’t allow me; I don’t know if the app has a bug or what but it needs to be fixed because I should be able to get my money back!
