NCB Mobile 4+

This app is super convenient! Let’s start from the fact that it allows you to login via Face ID (for older iPhones with Touch ID, it will allow you to authenticate via same). Once you gain access, everything is clean and buttery smooth. It is easy to transfer funds to your other accounts, other NCB clients, other banks, make payments to CC and utility bills. I am able to see all my accounts at a glance.
The ONLY concern I have is the fact you need to update the app to change the splash screen image.

NCB is rubbish. I only use them because of work. I had their new card with the chip in it and it was ok in the beginning until I lost my card. All of a sudden I see transactions going on with my card in my messages and it’s going through that I didn’t do. Tap is rubbish‼️ why there wasn’t a text message sent that could have said did you approve this transaction yes or no. Anybody can take your card and use it. It’s not safe and I thought I could have trusted this bank but that’s not the case. I tried to see if I could shut down the card through the app itself and that wasn’t an option. I HATE ncb‼️ Back then when you lost your card you didn’t have to worry about someone else using it cause it needs a pin but now…you have to worry and have a nervous breakdown. I wish I could get pay in my hand. I don’t trust any of these banks anymore with my money or to keep my account secure

Should be able to deactivate and reactivate your debit card through the NCB app or Online. While the new debit cards a chip secured I think this option would provide additional security and peace of mind for consumers who get their cards stolen or comprised. The digital world is not 100% secure and may never be, but the ability to turn your card on or off helps to put a level of security in the hands of the consumer and may alleviate some of the stress placed on your call center agents and your branch representatives.
