I’ve been using PayPal for more than a year now to date. When the service works it’s usually great but it gets annoying and inconvenient when my account is temporarily suspended or limited, for reasons not fully understood. I’m recommending that PayPal find a more user friendly solution to this issue, as it can be very tedious and frustrating when trying to navigate my way out of this situation.-Thanks

I love to use this app to make all my overseas payments when checking out. However, it’s very sad to know that when someone send funds to your PayPal account you cannot withdraw because they do not support Jamaican Banks even if the currency is in US. Seeing all these reviews you know there are a lot of Jamaicans who uses the app it would be a plus if you make our lives much easier by adding Caribbean Banks onboard.

Listen to me carefully everyone be careful with this app they will take money out of your account without your consent if you do not know what you’re doing, they are no better than the scammers. I sent my girlfriend $500 and because she’s not get a citizen she doesn’t have Social Security they asked her to submit a form she did that but because they couldn’t get to take the money out of my account because I blocked the transaction from happening they went to her bank and took the money out of her account without she even knowing just now she’s -500

I really think the app is a good one but you guys makes it hard for Jamaicans and other Caribbean bankers to use why???? it breaks my heart to see the app a took away our money also we cant transfer funds from our PayPal account to our local bank accounts😪🖖this is way too much stress for us,please if you could solved this issue for us and makes it much easier all five ratings will be added and to even recommended others to download the app.Thank youJamaican user:(
