Very glad I can use the app to access my gmail and also save space on my phone by keeping the mail in the cloud for the most part
New Update Ruined UI
AC_876
I've used Gmail for years, and this latest redesign is a big step backward. Everything that used to be simple now takes extra taps. The layout feels cluttered and inconsistent, buttons I rely on daily have moved or been buried in menus, and the new look prioritizes style over usability. Reading, searching, and organizing email is slower and more frustrating than it was before. Please give users the option to switch back to the previous layout, or at least make the new interface customizable. Until then, I'd advise anyone who values a clean, efficient inbox to hold off on updating if they can, or use another email application.

There always room for improvement in the app. goggle meets are so convenient and e-mail has improved wished more people used it .
Great, now let me see my attachments

Deleted the stock iOS mail app and installed Gmail immediately. Absolutely amazing... But why can't I view my attachments? They show up in my mail, but once I tap to open, it just shows an empty screen. Major gripe.
Stay on top of the work that matters with Gmail, part of Google Workspace. With secure email as the foundation, you can also chat, make voice or video calls and collaborate on projects with shared files and tasks – all in one place.
