Money taken not applied
Always having problems with my payments not applying to my ads balance tried contacting customer service can’t get any help. Paid using the ads funds button my account was disabled the money not applied to my ads and my account was disabled on my busiest sales day. They couldn’t have even offered me an extension until resolved. An issue that was not my fault. Verrryy bad for business. Will be moving to other platforms soon. Really dissappointed
Why this app??
Why am I being directed from Instagram to Facebook to this dumb app just to remove my card????? I have no ads running and yet I cannot remove my card. I also dont have an Ads Manager account so why route me to this dumb app???
