Everything went ok until...

Pretty handy in terms of seeing usage trends and projected bill based on current usage. Everything was fine until it started glitching and kicking me out. Had to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. I’m over it. Will just wait on my bill in the email.

I would give this app 5 star, however there is one thing that is stopping me. Other than this being a great app, easy to use and awesome features, there is just one problem. And that is, it keeps logging me out if I take too long to open back the app (like a day or so).
I’m wondering if this is a security feature or if it’s just something that needs fixing. It makes it really inconvenient because I would set a budget, however I won’t get notified whenever I reach the amount because I’m logged out. I don’t know if that only happens to me. So please fix that. Other than that, great app!

Too many bugs

This app is whack and testing my patience. All of a sudden my fingerprint nor password works to log in then it says a new update. I update it and still can’t log and reset my password twice and still can’t. Called customer service they told me to delete app and start again, did that & STILL telling me crap about method argument not valid. You people beed better technicians to address these problems and to limit the frequency. Everyday it’s another system error and that cannot continue being as you people are closing down physical locations. And it’s because of all these bugs I don’t trust paying directly from this app next thing ya’ll say my payment wasn’t received.
