NCB Mobile 4+

This app is super convenient! Let’s start from the fact that it allows you to login via Face ID (for older iPhones with Touch ID, it will allow you to authenticate via same). Once you gain access, everything is clean and buttery smooth. It is easy to transfer funds to your other accounts, other NCB clients, other banks, make payments to CC and utility bills. I am able to see all my accounts at a glance.
The ONLY concern I have is the fact you need to update the app to change the splash screen image.

NCB is rubbish. I only use them because of work. I had their new card with the chip in it and it was ok in the beginning until I lost my card. All of a sudden I see transactions going on with my card in my messages and it’s going through that I didn’t do. Tap is rubbish‼️ why there wasn’t a text message sent that could have said did you approve this transaction yes or no. Anybody can take your card and use it. It’s not safe and I thought I could have trusted this bank but that’s not the case. I tried to see if I could shut down the card through the app itself and that wasn’t an option. I HATE ncb‼️ Back then when you lost your card you didn’t have to worry about someone else using it cause it needs a pin but now…you have to worry and have a nervous breakdown. I wish I could get pay in my hand. I don’t trust any of these banks anymore with my money or to keep my account secure

I’m really happy with the recent discovery of this wonderful app that my coworker introduced me to ! It is sooooo convenient ! Whether I want to see if I got paid, pay a bill, or just check my account to see if if I have enough to make a purchase, having access to all that and some at the touch of a button is just super ! I love it ! I sincerely hope it doesn’t start to act up regularly and then flop. It happened once that I’m aware of and it was most annoying ! Overall tho, I’d give it a 5 !
