forth communication and simplifying the process of gaining access to account
information.

Bills are not current

I appreciate you taking the time to develop an app, but you need to make it more efficient. My bills are not current as I get a text message when the bill is generated but when I’m notified that the bill is added to the app, it is not the current one. 🙄🙄
Furthermore, payments are not reflected in real time like other utility companies.

App reflects incorrect info

As an IOS user, the app doesn’t reflect payments in real time regardless of how many times you log out or refresh the app. When you’re notified of a bill it doesn’t appear immediately either until close to the due date or after. This is inefficient of NWC. Also- it would be nice to see your water utilization displayed for better tracking and control of consumption.

The app keeps telling me my email address doesn’t exist but it works just fine on the site
