A convenient payment solution for buying and selling Items online
How it works:
1. Pay your vendor with Payondeliver.
2. Every payment transaction have a confirmation code. Do not disclose it to anyone until your items are delivered to you.
3. Vendor receive your payment and need the transaction confirmation code to complete it.
4. Vendor's delivery agent deliver item to you. confirm the right item is delivered to you and give vendor delivery agent the confirmation code.
6. Delivery agent confirm the transaction with the confirmation code, the transaction is completed. Vendor have his money and you have your item.
7. You can escalate dispute on a transaction when vendor fail to deliver or delivered wrong item to you.
8. In dispute, vendor is advised to deliver your item to you soon or the transaction will be cancelled and your money refunded.
