App crashes
Since your July 15, 2018 update I have been unable to access the app. The app opens freezes and then crashes. I'm using an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 11.4.
Do Better Sagicor - Better Banking is better business
Technology has moved on much too far for a banking app today in 2023 to be this bad. One of the, if not the most important thing one wants to see in a banking app is TRANSACTION INFORMATION. I would press forever and NOTHING anywhere. Why must I fight to find this information. Why is my bank playing hide and seek with my information, with anyone’s for that matter..?? What are all those forward and backward arrows for, that don’t seem to work, that take me nowhere…?? Why like other banking apps can we not see all transactions on accounts to up a minimum period of 3 months at least, at first glance on opening the account…?? The app is very very tedious and difficult to maneuver and should not be hard at all, since all types of users are expected to USE and be supported by this software. Shame on you Sagicor. Do better.
Improve!
I’ve had sagicor for years and the only issue is the app. it looks old. Needs to update to something more Modern and easy. Not gonna lie CIBC is the best online banking app I’ve had! it’s straight to the point, modern and has no extra/unnecessary features just everyday feature that people use they make it so easy to use..
