I have a problem with the location services, Apple Maps not working properly, weather app not working, find my iPhone not working, even third party apps like google maps not working, I tried to contact apple support through chat and through calls, but the agents kept repeating same talk and same measures, though I told them I tried it before with a different agent. The problem is on all of my 4 apple devices. And the issue was not resolved. It’s so frustrating paying around 1100$ for a brand new iPhone 15 pro and yet you can’t get a proper functioning iPhone.

Do not trust a sentence that is under coverage. Recently, I was scammed and the reason is that I bought a used AirPod and it was under the coverage of Apple. When I felt that there was a defect in it, I took it to the maintenance store and they told me that it was not original. Apple was hacked. Even if the product was not original, they could add it to the system.

I contacted you more than 4 times over the two months to solve a problem with i massage, but you didn’t solve it for me…. I do not advise anyone to do the new update ever, after which many features on the phone were disrupted
