Carers team supported my staff when we had to test for COVID-19. The fact that these are stressful times, I couldn’t have mentally managed all my team tests logistics, without the help of carers mobile app, and the follow up from the team. The Experience from the moment I requested the service, to when they arrived at my home, and ending with follow ups, was excellent. Never would’ve thought I would be smiling while getting tested 😅
