Description
Use Conference Tracker to automate the attendance tracking of conferences, seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
Conference Tracker will convert your Apple device into a portable conference attendance tracking device. The attendance data is transmitted to the Conference Tracker server on the Amazon Cloud. Once there, simply log in to your Conference Tracker account with a web browser to view or print the attendance reports.
Conference Tracker can calculate the Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Professional Development Credits each attendee earned for attending the conference sessions. You can design your own attendance certificate, print it out or deliver it electronically.

Version 3.8.0
• Self Check-In Kiosk: Registered attendees can now use self-service kiosks to scan a QR code from their email and instantly check in or print badges. This feature speeds up the process, ensuring a quick and convenient start to the conference.
• Staff Check-In Kiosk: This kiosk allows staff to check in attendees using an iPad. It can search for attendees by name, display check-in history, manage handouts, and connect to a Bluetooth badge printer for unregistered attendees.
• Walk-In Registration Kiosk: A new kiosk for walk-ins allows attendees to self-register and pay for their conference registration.
• Session Attendance Kiosk: A new kiosk allows attendees to record their attendance at sessions using an iPad and a podium. The app activates the front camera to scan the attendee's QR code and sign them into the session.
• Session QR Station: The app displays a live QR code for attendees to scan, automatically signing them into the session. When multiple sessions are in progress, attendees can choose which session they want to join.
• Sound Effects Update: Replaced the current sign-in and sign-out sound effects with more pleasant sounds to enhance user feedback.
