The app is awesome but I think you can improve the cliq experience by the following:- add favorite aliases/accounts:It’s bothersome to keep typing the aliases, sometimes you make typos; a solution to that is to be able to save an account - add ability to use external numbers:Sometimes the phone number is not saved on my device and I don’t want to save it to make a cliq payment

We understand typing the alias every time can be annoying, therefore we are working on solving this issue to make it more convenient to use.💪🏻 However you don't need to save a number in your contacts to be able to use it, you can simply type the number when selecting the alias. 🧡
“I had already deactivated the Wi-Fi (contactless) feature on my card through app , yet despite the Visa machine declining the transaction, the amount was still deducted from my account. It was a mistake from the bank to deduct the amount from the card, especially since the POS device showed a notification that the transaction was not completed. Yet, the amount was later deducted without any authorization.This is an unacceptable level of negligence from everyone involved in handling this error.The bank must take full responsibility for this. Unfortunately, there is no credibility — even after I reported the issue, every week a different employee contacts me: one asks for the declined transaction slip which was destroyed by the seller, another tells me to go to the restaurant and ask them for the money, and yet another tells me I need to pay five dinars to recover the amount that was wrongly deducted due to the bank’s failure and weak protection system. What a strange way to operate!”

The new facelift is very nice but what's the point of having a "hide account feature" when the total balance of all accounts pops up in your face once you open the app, especially when people or friends around and you need to do an urgent transaction. Please fix this issue in the upcoming updates.Old reviewThe app does the job quite well but the home page is not functional and the info shown at the top (the suggestions, bills, etc.) is kind a annoying and you need to press dismiss at each one of them every time you open the app. Also, it would be really helpful if we can customize the home page or at least be able to remove some of the items like the Analytics or at least rearrange the page to show the things that the customer care about the most. Other than that the app is pretty good.

Really Good But Has Issues

This app was actually why I choose Etihad Bank instead of the other available banks, back when most other banks had terrible apps.But this app has some issues here and there, my biggest is with the notifications; as far as I could find there is no way to customize what notifications you get through the app, you either get all the important and spam messages together or none at all.This is mostly an issue with the in app support (which is only available in the app or through a phone number, no support is available on the offiical website) and how if you disable notifications you have literally no way of knowing when an agent has gotten back to you, but with notificatations on you are smothered with spam every hour of the day.It also doesn’t help that agents close every support conversation after 5 minutes of inactivity, this is a mobile app of course I will not keep it open, at least provide a website version so we can at least keep it open in another tab or something.Apart from all that and some minor complaints the app is really good as far as I've used it.
