Since Facebook bought this app and every couple of montages we lose the notifications and no way to get it back through iPhone sittings accept if you reinstalled the app after deleting How can we explain that some ppl used the app for work before you take it over so stop missing with it and fix the dam bug once and for all If I deleted the apps this time I won’t reinstall to solve the issue I’ll be switching to any other platform that respects the users of we’ll step back to the emails at least we’ll get notified that someone is reaching for us
Stupid ban system, 0 customer service, no anti spam features

They have ban bots, but these bots ban wrongly, don't be surprised if you get banned for nothing, I used WhatsApp business and I used to only reply to people who messaged me, they banned me! If you try to contact them bots answer you with an unrelated answer. Also WhatsApp doesn't have any anti spam features, spammers can play with you freely they can also crush your phone with stacked messages and WhatsApp doesn't do anything about it, it only bans randomly for nothing.
