I wish i could give a zero star, thats how much this app is a pain! I gave it so many chances considering that its a jordanian service but no. They are the worst. The customer service is terrible, you can only contact them through messages in the app and no one replies! First couple of orders they either delivered the food very late or canceled the order on their own! I ordered food to work they contacted me telling me the restaurant is closed and i should order from another place and i did, then they contacted me again saying the other restaurant is closed. Why are the restaurant available on the app if they are not?? When someone finally called me they were very rude i asked him what are the available restaurants and he refused to tell me. He said order from the app and you’ll know then. Absolutely the worst.

Absolute disaster – avoid at all costs!This app is a complete joke. Orders arrive extremely late, ice cold, and often incomplete. The food is literally not edible by the time it gets to you. To make it worse, if there’s an issue, they won’t refund your money to your card — only to their useless in-app wallet, basically trapping your money unless you keep using their terrible service. I had no choice but to delete the app, and now I’m stuck with credit I’ll never use. Their customer support is incompetent and clearly doesn’t care about customers. This company is completely unqualified to be in the food delivery business. Save yourself the frustration — don’t even think about downloading it.
