However, one major problem is that the standard (basic) subscription does not provide good video quality. The streaming quality is often limited, which makes the viewing experience less enjoyable. This is especially frustrating when watching movies or series that are meant to be experienced in high definition.
Was great then suddenly so bad

Well i have used Netflix app for like 3 years now and i really enjoyed a great experience with no problems or bugs but suddenly since like a week ago the app started bugging so bad and some of the episodes won’t finish they just stop the picture and the audio continues which is really annoying and also sometimes drops of fps it’s really getting annoying to use the app.

Netflix help , i am addicted to netflix and the app started to crash out of the blue since 27th of may , the app home page works well but whenever i choose a title to play it keeps loading and never playing ! I have contacted the customer service way too many times . Knowing that i have an iPhone 6s with an up to date IOS software .Please fix this issue ASAP :(

It used to work perfectly and I used to stay up all night binge watching my favorite TV shows but the past three months it’s been the worst entertainment application I’ve had!! Nothing is working properly and the wheel keeps spinning but it does not finish downloading and i end up using the site from my personal computer
