Good eveningUnfortunately after the last update the app keeps shutting down and logs out from dropbox account and I loose all edits done the document for example if I highlight or add a note to the documents its all gone and i have to add Dropbox account again!!

By far, this is the worst update I have ever seen on an app before!Adobe Acrobat Reader “used” to have only one simple issue (I'll mention it down below) that was bothering me but not that much. And this “was” one of my favorite apps for reading PDF books. However, this new update, that is suppose to improve the app, comes with a lot of bugs and issues:1. The interface is now much more compicated. I like the interface of the previous version much more;2. You can't remove/delete the “Welcome” file;3. You can't swipe left to remove or rename files (now you have to press on the three dots);4. Sometimes, when I'm swiping up or down and try to stop on a specific page, it doesn't respone (the most annoying thing about the new update);5. When I open the app, it takes me directly to the “Recently Viewed” section. I don't like that;6. It is slower now. It takes longer time to open or even rename files than the previous version. (But I'm going to be honest, it loads pages a little bit faster now.);7. Finally, there is an issue that was also existed in the previous version - it happens with certain books (approximately, 3 out of each 10 books had this issue): when you try to highlight a single word (to define, copy, etc.) it highlights multiple words (sometimes the entire line). That's why I'm forced to use another PDF reader to avoid it. This is the only issue that Adobe Acrobat Reader “had.”In the end, I just want to say that this is a downgrade. I'm simply going to remove the app until you fix some of those critical issues—2, 4, and 7.Have a nice day!
Feedback Regarding Subscription Cancellation and Payment Issue

I received an email regarding an issue with the my payment process. I would like to clarify that I have already canceled my subscription due to multiple reasons.One of the main issues was related to account access. While I was able to log in and access my account details on my iPhone, I was unable to properly open or manage my account details on my laptop. The account profile and payment pages were particularly difficult to access, which resulted in an unpleasant user experience.Additionally, I attempted to reply to the email I received, but I was unable to do so because the email service indicated that the mailbox was full, which was an unusual and frustrating response.Please consider this feedback seriously, especially given that the subscription cost is quite expensive. I expect a smoother, more reliable user experience and clearer communication channels for a premium service.
