Most of what I write here is regarding vehicles. This app has everything you want to buy, except that it gives scammers a great environment to thrive. With the worst filter feature you’ll see, or not see, since it’s not available. You’ll soon realize it is hard to navigate items even for real verified/insured/scam protected items or dealers, the app allows them to add misleading prices, unorganized mixed ads with different items models, prices and years in one post. It’s a labyrinth that is not user friendly, once you get past the scammers, if you ever do, you will wonder why is the app so hostile to end users, so hard to navigate, with possibly the worst filter feature ever made, and IF you manage to get past all those obstacles, you’ll need luck to find a dealer that replies, speaks good English, or doesn’t try to convince you move the deal to WhatsApp or WeChat. You also can’t use it to have an idea about the price of an item, you see an ad saying it’s cash price but when you chat with the shop you find out it’s monthly installment amounts, or just the advance payment, some with cash price but not shipping, some include shipping, all that without the ability to filter it. The verified/insured/scam protected items or dealers have the option to NOT show that they or their items are verified/insured/ protected… a very very weird option, with no justification to why some shops may want to hide the fact that they are verified and safe to deal with, and waste the chance to stand out amongst all the scammers on the app. Another important downside is that you can’t filter using dealer rating or years on app or items sold. If you are successful at finding an item and talking to the dealer and deciding on everything, you will find trouble trying to verify the protection policy with the app support team, they give you very vague broad guidelines, with no guarantee that you can get refunded if the shop did something wrong wether a deliberate scam or an honest mistake. Makes me wonder, just why?
