I barely got an answer when calling the Customer’s Service, the new app update have lot of bugs The schedule is not appearing so my latest bookings times were basically Blind!! No luck with answering the phone!

The new app is seriously frustrating to use. It is full of bugs and basic features frequently don’t work as expected. I honestly question whether the app was properly tested before being released.The Jet Card, Jet Wallet, and other features have been particularly problematic, with issues making them difficult and unreliable to use.What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. I reported my issue and was told that someone would contact me to resolve it. It has now been a full week with no response whatsoever. This is not an acceptable level of customer support.Overall, the new app has been a major downgrade in my experience. There are too many bugs, important features are unreliable, and the lack of follow-up from customer service makes the situation even more frustrating.I hope they take this feedback seriously and actually fix these issues rather than releasing another update without properly testing it.

I booked a trip for King Hussein Bridge. The website didn’t have an option for regular or VIP reservations so I booked regular. I visited the JETT offices and the employee was very rude, and said VIP bookings are on the application only and that it’s a mistake and they can’t change our booking we have to pay for a new one and the original one is non-refundable. We asked why customer service don’t answer he asked us to call them after 12 midnight when everyone is asleep. Ridiculous answers he gave for every inquiry we had.

Each time i try to book through this app i face an issue, today the app got stuck i had to try 5 times using two different cards to complete the purchase. I only got the confirmation through the bank no email no e-ticket nothing! When arriving to the pickup location i needed to double check with a very disrespectful employee her only concern was to chew gum. Horrible experience from such a company we trust . Thankfully there was a guy named seraj was smart enough to handle the situation who I'm thankful for.
