Was great then suddenly so bad

Well i have used Netflix app for like 3 years now and i really enjoyed a great experience with no problems or bugs but suddenly since like a week ago the app started bugging so bad and some of the episodes won’t finish they just stop the picture and the audio continues which is really annoying and also sometimes drops of fps it’s really getting annoying to use the app.

The app is not working anymore :(

Netflix help , i am addicted to netflix and the app started to crash out of the blue since 27th of may , the app home page works well but whenever i choose a title to play it keeps loading and never playing ! I have contacted the customer service way too many times .
Knowing that i have an iPhone 6s with an up to date IOS software .
Please fix this issue ASAP :(

This company has been premiering shows and movies that portray arabs in the most disgusting/ inaccurate ways imaginable. Not only have they released shows that imply that muslim women are suppressed but they really have went as far as releasing a project erasing a huge part of one of the most ancient civilizations to ever exist. Considering the fact that a huge sum of your revenue comes from middle eastern/ african countries, y’all need to do better. I have been a loyal user since 2016, but i am no longer going to be paying racists to make more projects like this. Shame on you Netflix.
