Delivery service is too slow not more

Disrespectful, rude, horrible staff members.

I placed an order at 5:58 pm today , being Ramadan I kindly asked the staff member for the time of arrival and I stressed that it arrives before athan al Maghrib, he replied in a rude manner stating my order would arrive 10 minutes before the calling for prayer .
he then charged me an extra 2 jds in top of the original fee of 2jds delivery! And I live in south Amman.

The order arrived 10 minutes after the prayer finished!!
Unbelievably late! I was calling the delivery man and he kept hanging up on me.
When he finally arrived he yelled at me saying it’s not his fault and that the call center are to blame.

There is absolutely zero communication between the staff at the call center and the delivery drivers.

And the food was cold and soggy because my order was placed two hours prior!

All in all, this was a disgusting experience and I’ll never order from Popeyes again.

The worst application ever, i ordered a family meal with extra order sides. Anyhow it’s weird that a big meal comes without a garlic sauce. When I called the customer service he disappointed give me any attention and you can listen to the call he was puffing !!!!!! I told him i paid visa I don’t have cash!!!!!!! Please direct this message to the management. This is the worst customer service ever, i will not order again and i will till my friends also . I will go more viral 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
