Workout now supports smooth song transitions. Choose between classic playback, skip-ahead timing, or seamless crossfade between songs.
"Workout" makes interval training a breeze.
Play your favorite music — including streamed Apple Music tracks — while running timed intervals. Music automatically mutes during rest periods, so you can focus entirely on your workout rhythm.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select the songs you want from your Apple Music library.
2. Choose a workout with work and rest durations.
3. Tap play — and go!
You can even run workouts without music — the optional beep signals will still guide you through the intervals.
SETTINGS (found in iPhone Settings):
* Beep sound – play short beeps at each interval change.
* Song transitions – choose how music flows between songs:
– Off
– Skip to next when 6 seconds remain
– Crossfade (smoothly blends songs together)
IN-APP OPTIONS:
* Mute button – instantly silence the music during your workout.
* Pause workout – fully pauses both the workout and the music. Tap again to continue.
* Create and save your own custom workouts.
