動かない

課金したのに鍵マークのまま。タップしたらロード画面のまま動かなくなる。再起動してもダメ。

2/22 追記　星1から4にした理由。
回答があったので色々やってみた。最初は何も変化がなくてダメかと思ったけど、急に鍵が全部解除された。何が正解かは解らない。
しかし子供が喜んだので結果オーライということにします。
