【主な機能】
１．マンションごとの書類などのデータ閲覧
マンションごとの規約や報告書、各種申請書類や取扱説明書など、必要なデータをアプリから表示できます。
（マンションによって表示されるデータの種類が異なります）
２．マンションの管理・メンテナンスに関するお知らせやお得なキャンペーン情報などをご案内
マンションを日々管理させていただく中での皆様へのお知らせや掲示板に掲示する情報などもアプリで配信、
また、メンテナンスメニューやリフォーム案内などお得なキャンペーン情報などを定期的にお届けいたします。
３．住まいをサポートするサービスをご案内
快適な住まいを維持するための修繕やリフォームのご案内、住みかえをサポートする仲介サービスなどをご案内致します。
４．住宅設備修理サービス「プラチナメンテナンス」もアプリで管理
別途ご案内する住宅設備修理サービスにご加入の会員様であれば、対象の住宅設備機器情報やサービス証書をアプリで管理いただけます。
