Amicus Plus is the official mobile companion to your organization's amicusplus.app workspace. It is a private, employer-provisioned app: accounts are created by your company's administrator, and there is no public sign-up. If your organization uses Amicus Plus, sign in with the credentials your admin has issued you.
This release is a complete, ground-up rebuild of the app, expanding it from a single lead-capture tool into a full companion for your daily work:
ATTENDANCE
Punch in and out with location confirmation, view your clock-in history and calendar, and see leave, half-day, and attendance exceptions clearly explained.
CRM & LEADS
Capture customer inquiries and leads directly into your company's Amicus Plus CRM, with photo attachments. Entries made without a connection are saved on your device and sync automatically once you're back online.
SUPPORT TICKETS
Raise, search, and track support tickets without leaving the app.
HR & APPLICATIONS
Submit leave and other applications and follow their approval status in real time.
DIRECTORY & DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD
Look up colleagues and company details and share your own digital business card (E-Card).
TEAM MAP
See your own location and, only when you choose to load them, approximate area markers for teammates — never an exact position, and only for roles your company has authorized to view it.

Browse current internal openings shared by your organization.
REPORTS & INSIGHTS
Review attendance, sales, and support insights relevant to your role.
AMICUS AI
Ask questions about your own attendance, tickets, and CRM data and get direct answers, scoped to what your role is permitted to see.
Amicus Plus does not collect payment in the app and carries no advertising. All data shown belongs to your employer's Amicus Plus subscription; access and permissions are controlled entirely by your company administrator.

1). Leave form: nobody on iPhone could file a leave at all — fixed. The date and days of your last leave now arrive filled in from your own history, which is what the server was refusing the form for
- 2). New screen — Attendance alerts: answer your own late-in / early-out alerts, and decide your team's
- 3). New screen — Leave review for dual approval, with the applicant's attendance for the period as a calendar
- 4). Clock-In Report rebuilt: Compact and Detailed calendars, the day's punches as a timeline, and a legend that explains every colour
- 5). My Punctuality rebuilt, and a new My Time Allowance screen
- 6). Notifications: tapping any alert opens the ticket or screen it is about, and the bell is grouped into sections
- 7). Support Ticket: the Reply tab is now a composer, "History" is now "Conversation" with attachment thumbnails, and an AI brief, thin-reply suggestion and duplicate warning
- 8). Summary Report: any date range, every figure tappable through to its tickets, Vertical and Sub Vertical filters as on the web
- 9). Muster Details: one list of people with a Teams filter, so one person no longer reads as three
- 10). The keyboard no longer covers the field it was opened for
- 11). Everywhere: long names scroll instead of ending in "…", one picker sheet and one brand colour throughout
