Exercise variations now keep their setup, movement and notes together, and you can add an exercise straight to a plan. Add optional section times to your plans and pause, reset or move to the next section while teaching. This update also improves compact Home cards, Kari drafts, saved Spotify links, protection for unsaved edits, and handling of temporary connection problems.

Quick Add is now the main way to create exercises: describe or dictate an exercise, and Kari will help fill in the details. This update also adds Google sign-in and Sign in with Apple, fixes a voice-mode startup error, improves Reformer dictation for spring setup, keeps layered exercise notes in order, improves muscle tagging, adds in-app feedback, exercise inspiration links, cleaner exercise cue formatting, and routine reliability improvements.
