A simple daily check-in for peace of mind
Between Days is a quiet safety app for people who live alone — and for the friends or family who care about them.
Once a day, you open the app and tap "I'm good."
That's it.
If you don't check in for two days, the app automatically sends an email on the third day to your chosen emergency contact, asking them to check on you.
No accounts.
No social features.
No pressure.
Just a small daily habit that lets others know you're okay.
