使いやすいし、本当に眠れない時はよく使ってます。
現在の波数から移動する時、ボタンで1づつ上げ下げできたら嬉しいです。
後、タイマーで波数を、何分かおきに上げ下げできたら更に良いと思います。

年額7200円の有料アプリです

一瞬無料でも使えたと思っていたら、有料課金の案内が全面に出て、全く使えないアプリになりました。

いくつかプランがありますが、一番安くて年額7200円のアプリです。やり方が汚いので、私はお勧めしません。

おそらくレビューがたまるまで、無料でやっていたか、レビューキャンペーンでも打ったのでしょうが、評価が上がったら、無料と嘘をついておいて、2年以上前のレビューだけが、全面に出して押し出すのは、倫理的にも、app storeの評価システムの信用性の面からも如何なものかと思います。

こうしたアプリがapp store上からなくなればと私は願っています。

これは良い。

今まで、寝れない時に、YouTubeでθ音の音楽聞いてたけど、それでも寝れない時がありましたが、このアプリのθ音にしてから100パーセント寝れててビックリw
タイマー15分付けてて、いつの間に寝てます💤
ただ！ボリュームは１で耳を澄ますと聞こえる程度が良いです。
