BLINTS is a software for lawyers that offers document management, labor and accounting services. We base our business on the implementation of new technologies to improve the productivity of our clients.

SERVICES WE OFFER
- Management account: We assign 1 management account to the firm so that you can assign individual accounts to your lawyers. This allows you to have control of the work of your team and the expenses generated. Basically, the firm has 5 individual accounts to assign to your lawyers, but you can hire as many accounts as you need.
- Team monitoring: We provide the management account with detailed information on the individual accounts you assign to your lawyers. Thanks to our algorithms, we collect data to show the files managed by each lawyer, the documents contained in each file, the hours and reason for working on that file and other relevant data.
- Personalized files: The platform allows the creation of secure files which we call “Blints”. These can be customized by adding a file number, client name, attorney, files, videos, photos, audios or by scanning documents with mobile devices.
- Dossier assignment: The company can create and assign files to its employees through the platform. In addition, all files to be created by its lawyers will be reflected in the company's management account.
- Organization of procedures: Thanks to our system you will be able to have an order of the files and an organization of your work. To do this, we provide you with tools such as our search engine and our priority system, which is responsible for positioning the Blints based on the schedule of your calendar.
- Share Files and Notices: One of our main objectives is to improve the work performance of lawyers by streamlining procedures between them. We achieve this thanks to the fact that within the platform, you can share complete files with all their archives as well as scheduled alerts. The operation achieves that by sharing this information, the account that receives the notifications, automatically updates with the information received.
- Intelligent calendar: This calendar, allows you to link files to the alert, add the reason for the alert: Expiration, signaling, meeting or other, add observations, addresses or add guests that are within Blints. When sharing with another user, we automatically update the alert in their account so that it appears in their calendar and you are synchronized.
- Storage Management: We offer a percentage counter to calculate the storage needed by the company at all times.
