Browsing your cellar, countries, and grape varieties is more responsive, with smoother transitions back to the shelf. Improved registration checks and saved-bottle reliability. Privacy, terms, and support now open the official Botilo website within the app.

Photos are checked before they can be saved to your cellar. Tap a photo to add one bottle, or tap Select to choose several photos. Photo loading is more stable, and wide shelves now scroll with their bottles so you can reach both ends.

This update is mostly about how Botilo feels. Bottles now lift off the shelf and settle back with a light tap you can feel. Day and night fade across the whole cellar at the same pace, glass shelves included. Label reading knows more Japanese wine. Japan's registered wine regions are recognized in kanji and in romaji. Some appellations also tell Botilo the wine type, and it's filled in as Suggested. If Botilo couldn't confirm the vintage, ABV or volume, the field may now offer the number it read on the label. One tap uses it. I also cleaned up many small layout details, and the grape globe is quicker when you come back to it.

Botilo reads bottle labels more accurately in this update. Wine type is now worked out from the grape varieties printed on the label, and far more regions and appellations are recognized. Vintage is also read from the neck of the bottle. Botilo's offline wine reference has grown to include over 2,000 grape varieties and official regional and appellation registers, so more bottles match correctly on the first try. On-device checks compare what's read against your photo: details Botilo can't confirm are marked Suggested for you to check. Also in this update: a new Data sources page in My cellar credits the reference data behind these improvements. Photos you take in Botilo are now saved to your Photos library (you can continue without saving). After buying Botilo Plus, you confirm before a photo uses a registration.

Explore your cellar by country and by variety. My cellar now shows your total bottles with new Countries and Varieties entries; each opens an interactive globe of the bottles you have in stock. Tap a place or a variety to see those bottles, then open any of them.
