We're also excited to introduce a new long-press menu for comments—more intuitive and set up for upcoming features like the ability to 'Create task from comment'. Plus, get a sneak peek at our enhanced sharing options for tasks and docs on mobile, with further refinements on the way to make it the best sharing experience that it can be.

I was using time tracking and calendar views but...

I’m using legacy app. And I was satisfied with it without its response. This new app was improved its response but some function was removed like that time tracking and calendar views. I need those function so I can not use this app now.

I found the roadmap of this app.
According to it, we will be able to use calendar view and time tracking.
So I change my rating 3 to 5.

何度も挫折したけど

何度も挫折してNotionに移行しかけたけど、あちらを触っていたら、こちらの使い方もわかってきた。Googleカレンダーとの連携が双方向じゃないと話にならないので、やっぱりNotionはNG。
それで使い込んでみたら、もう手放せない。
Clickupは全体的なデザインも可愛くて好きです。

サポートもアプリの出来も悪い

バグがあり、ここに記載した。
その後サポートから連絡があり、バグではなくて既存機能で対応できると言われたが出来なかった。
サポートはやりとりするたび、思いつきみたいな、iPhone使ったことないのか？と思いたくなる技術レベルの低い対応を何度もされた。
結局サポートの言い分は、機能はあるがバグで動いてないとのこと。
その後、治りましたと連絡が来てアプリを入れ直すも治っておらず。24時間待ってもストア上にアプリのアップデートこない。過去1最悪である。

サービス自体は機能豊富で安いが、サポートとスマホアプリの出来がここまで酷いと、それを割り切れる人以外にはオススメできない。
