Cling App records and stores user health data by sync up to a Cling wearable device, including activity data such as daily sleep and exercise and vital signals such as heart rate and skin temperature.
Cling App also allows user to check all the past health data, and perform a in-deep health analysis. Based on user personal health status, Cling App generates a health solution accordingly, and helps user to achieve various fitness goals and live a healthy life.
In addition, Cling App provides a social platform where all the Cling user can get to know each other, exchange fitness ideas, and motivate others.
Cling App also supports Apple HealthKit. Once authorized by user, it will sync health data from Apple HealthKit to the App, and perform further analysis for user.
Please note, Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
