CodeSSH is a native code editor and IDE for iPhone and iPad. A Git engine,SSH and SFTP, four languages that run on the device, an assistant that can work entirely offline, and an issue tracker built into the project.
EDITOR
- Multiple cursors, code folding, sticky scroll, inlay hints, rainbow brackets and typewriter mode
- Find and replace with regular expressions; project-wide search with a glob filter and multi-file replace
- Rename a symbol across the project, sort imports, format and clean up
- Around sixty line operations — sorting, case conversion, alignment, reflow, dedupe
- Split editor, Zen Mode, saved tab sessions, draft recovery after a crash

RUNS ON THE DEVICE
- JavaScript, Swift, Python and Java all execute locally. No network, no server
- Run console with stdin, history, benchmarking and saved expected output
- Jupyter notebooks against a persistent Python session
- Live web preview over a local server, with an option to serve to your Wi-Fi
SOURCE CONTROL
- A real embedded Git engine, not a wrapper around a hosted API
- Stage by file, by hunk, or by a single line
- Merge, rebase including interactive, cherry-pick, revert, stash and tags
- History with search, commit graph, blame in the gutter and bisect
- Pull requests and issues on GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket
- Credential profiles with tokens or SSH keys, every secret in the Keychain
CONNECTIONS AND TERMINAL

- A full terminal emulator with true colour, tabs, split panes and mouse tracking

- Host keys pinned on first use, with a review screen when one changes

ASSISTANT
- Run a model on your own hardware. Or connect any endpoint, including local servers
- Nothing leaves the device for a local model.
AUTO-BUILD AGENT
- Give it a goal. It plans a backlog from your file tree, then works task by task
- Edits files in place, verifies, and commits each step so any of them can be reverted
- Round limits, spend caps and a thermal pause keep a run bounded
- The plan survives a relaunch, and runs continue while you are in another app

- Cycles with burn-up and velocity, milestones, SLAs, sub-issues and a roadmap
