ConnectAbility provides a safe space for care providers and the individuals they serve to connect via video chat. The platform reduces barriers caused by the complexities of typical connectivity protocols in other platforms and simplifies connection down to the touch of a button.
Care providers can determine and establish safe contact lists within the individuals circle of care and friends within their community.
When desired or needed by the individuals, check-ins can also be communicated in through simple text messaging features instead of voice.
