This is the simplest contraction tracker that will help you track your contractions and tell you when it's time to go to the hospital! Just measure a few contractions by pressing the button at the beginning and end of each one. The app will analyze their duration and frequency to determine when it's time to go to the hospital. Always consult your doctor to understand what duration and frequency of contractions to focus on. This app is not a medical tool, and our recommendations are based on generally accepted values. Your labor may be unique, so do not rely solely on this app. Even if the duration and frequency of contractions do not correspond to the required values, but you are experiencing severe pain, it is better to go to the hospital early than to risk giving birth on the road or at home.
