Great app, customer service could be better

Would’ve been a 5 rating if customer service was up to par. You’ll have a great time making cash with the ease of use of the app, but a terrible time withdrawing your cash with the hoops you have to jump through and lacking customer service. For example, I must first deposit cash from my bank account into my crypto.com fiat account in order to later be able to withdraw funds to same bank account; fair enough. But my crypto fiat account is set to EUR, andnwhen I sent EUR was rejected. Crypto.com says for some reason EUR not accepted, so switch currency sent. Crypto app having technical issues which dont allow switch from EUR, so, in effect, can’t link bank account for withdrawal. Customer service seems to be clueless as to how to resolve situation. Luckily have moved funds to stable USD coins for now, with decent gains.

I disappointed!!

After applying for an account, spam emails came in frequently.

I got notifications the account is create 2-3 business days later but never can be done.

I receive a message that should continue from the app, but the screen will remain the same as "Account will be created in 2-3 business days".

Apps that steal information.
